For 50 years Bayaud Enterprises has been an innovator in the community in reducing hurdles for individuals to engage in the workforce and attain self-reliance.
They do this through personalized Employment Services, Social Enterprises (Business Solutions) which provide employment for those needing supported employment, and Individual and Community Services like providing free laundry with the Laundry Truck and support in finding housing and accessing different resource programs through the help of our Navigators.
They create Hope, help to find Opportunities, and inspire Choices.
Bayaud Works develops new ventures that create jobs for our constituents, provides training for future employment, and generates revenue to support programming and general operations.
Bayaud Enterprises’ Community Resources Navigation department assists individuals and families in accessing social services and other community resources that are available. Our Navigators provide information and support in order to improve access to these programs and services.
Bayaud Enterprises’ C.O.R.E. (Center for Opportunity, Rehabilitation, and Employment) Program offers a full array of employment services to participant including: job search skills training and assistance, interview coaching, resume building, job retention counseling and more.
